It's time to play offense against the grim reaper

My Dad's heart was failing and the grim reaper was coming for him. He got a new heart valve installed which bought him more time. Instead of waiting for the next thing to fail, I told him we need to go on offense and start figuring out what was going to fail next and get on top of it.
